Bradley: According to Bradley the two first encountered through their attendance at Oral Roberts University -- a Christian based college located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Somehow they connected on social media (facebook and instagram) after Alexis friended him first. Years later, they reconnected in October of 2018, then following Alexis reached out to him after viewing his Instagram story. Alexis: According to Alexis the two did not know each other at ORU, but possibly met once in the education lab. She claims that Brad definitely friended her on Facebook and Instagram first. However, years after graduation they reconnected after she responded to one of his Instagram stories. They began their story from there.Brad lived in Orlando, Florida, while Alexis lived in Mansfield, Texas, but distance couldn’t stop this friendship from flourishing. They spent the next few months building their friendship daily thanks to the benefits of modern technology. The two quickly became very fond of each other and agreed it was time to experience each others world in person. Brad flew out to Texas December 14, 2018. Alexis was able to show Brad the state she loves most along with introducing him to the people she loves most. After attending a Christmas lighting exhibit Brad asked Alexis to be her girlfriend. It was the most magical weekend and perfect ending to 2018. Alexis then flew out to Orlando, Florida, February 8, 2019. She and Brad spent the weekend meeting his family and friends, exploring nature, and ending the weekend with a hot air balloon ride. They literally were on cloud 9.
