Wedding Date on Apr 14, 2018

Dylan and Marie met back when we were both in high school in 2008 at one of his baseball games . They had gone to high school together for a while and had never even noticed each other, Marie was a junior and he was a sophomore. After that night, she remembered seeing him every single day at school and him smiling at her every time they passed each other in the hallway. After a couple of months, he finally made his first move and decided to text her! He ended up asking her if she wanted to ride around with him and of course, she said yes! They drove around for hours and talked the whole time- this is where Marie began to see just how amazing Dylan was- the sweetest and most thoughtful guy I had ever met. That was 9 years ago! When it came time to propose, they drove down to Dylan's family's river house. He cooked dinner for her (lobster- my absolute fav!) and he asked if she wanted to ride on the boat afterwards so that's what they did. They rode around, listened to music, and watched the beautiful sunset- out of nowhere he stopped the boat, reached something out of his pocket, got down on one knee and proposed. Marie was completely shocked and had no idea it was coming. The month of the wedding, Dylan graduated from culinary school and Marie is a 4th grade teacher. They are foodies and love to be surrounded by their friends & family.
