Wedding Date on Oct 12, 2019

Heather loved everything about Halloween since she was a child. Stephen King novels, horror movies, Sabrina the Teenage Witch...Heather’s love of Halloween and all things spooky would only grow with age. And then she met Rory Spellman. (I know, right?!) Rory, despite his last name, isn’t the biggest fan of being scared. What he does love is history. Even more so, he loves the girl who likes a spook or two. When Heather + Rory asked us to film their Halloween themed wedding in Salem, Massachusetts (yeah, that Salem) it was all we could do not to fall out of our chairs from excitement. (Pao’s favorite holiday is Halloween, afterall!) Famous for its witch trials, H + R would find no place better suited for their Hallowedding than the Witch City itself. Their intimate elopement ceremony took place at the historic Ropes Mansion & Gardens which was also used in the movie “Hocus Pocus” as the set of Allison’s house. And if you thought it couldn’t get any better than that, a witch named Borah swept in to officiate their ceremony! Every spooky detail of this day was beautiful and unique in every way, just like H+R.
