Wedding Date on Feb 16, 2020

"Matthew and I met in high school back in 2013 and have been together ever since! Matthew is a marine and in May of 2018, he was deployed and was expecting to be deployed until February 2019. What was supposed to be a 9 month long deployment become a bit shorter when he came home early and surprised me in December of 2018. That evening, my aunt had flew in for the holiday and wanted to take us out to a fancy dinner in Atlantic City. She asked my entire family to get dressed up so we could take a family photo in front of the large Christmas tree. When I stood in front of the tree to take a photo, Matt & I's song started playing. Which of course, was a weird coincidence since it was Christmas time and only Christmas music had been playing in the casino's sound system. I was confused so I looked around and there I saw Matt walking towards me. I was in complete shock and started crying immediately because I hadn't seen him in 7 months. Right after greeting him he got on one knee and proposed! He only got orders to come home early about a month prior, and he bought a tux to wear but it didn't deliver in time, so he had to propose in jeans hahah, either way it was still perfect to me!"
