Michael & Molly are grade A people. Like the freshest produce in the market or the prettiest tulips in the bunch. They’re just grade A. Plain and simple. The way they love each other and other people is like warm cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven. It draws you in and you just wanna be around it. Love like that, well, it deserves to be celebrated with sunshine and feasting and dancing. The good Lord himself brought the sunshine and Michael and Molly, along with the company they keep, celebrated their full hearts out on a green green day in July. Working on this film, I couldn’t help but feel gratitude for the chance to make a piece of work that would honor these two and their story for years to come. I love this work and I love being let in beyond the dress shots, beyond the decorations- to be allowed to document a much more all encompassing narrative of who my couples are right now and everything that brought them to such a monumental moment. It’s a special thing.
