Wedding Date on Aug 17, 2021

Over 3 years ago, Matt asked Olivia to marry him. While their initial plan was to have a big wedding in Montreal, Canada with all of their loved ones, Olivia secretly wished they could just elope somewhere in the mountains. So when COVID-19 squashed their plans of having a huge wedding, Olivia took it as a sign to start planning her dream elopement across the country in Tofino, British Columbia. Their elopement day started with a surf lesson in the pacific ocean, followed by some down time at their cute and cozy AirBnb. They did their first look in an old growth forest, and then headed to the local brewery for some pizza and beers. Before we knew it, it was time to head to the heliport for the most incredible adventure — we took a helicopter to the very top of a mountain to document Olivia and Matt sharing their vows with one another at sunset! In an Instagram post, Olivia described her elopement day perfectly: "[The experience] made me realize all that we must miss out on in life when we aren’t open to change or try too hard to force original plans for what we had in mind. I'm grateful things did not go as planned, we ended up getting the most incredible day of our life."
