Wedding Date on Feb 16, 2019

Ron + Rachel and I were sitting on the patio of American Icon Brewery having a glass of wine and talking. I asked Ron when he knew Rachel was "the one" and he sighed and told me a story that I wasn't expecting. Ron knew Rachel was the one probably from the beginning, but it didn't hit him until he almost lost her. They were attending a polo match, a function for Ron's work, when Rachel had a seizure. Powerless to stop it, Ron saw his own life flash before his eyes. He knew that day there was no question. He had to marry her.  We first met when Ron was in the throws of preparing for his performance in Dancing with Vero Stars, a dance competition like the original, benefiting great local organizations on the Treasure Coast. Ron and Rachel are both Givers in our community. They live to help others live better, happier lives and it is certainly true that they bring out the best in one another. Just being around them you can feel their deep sense of care for their world and the people around them. And maybe my first indicator was at our engagement session when I first met their three fur babies. They love their "kids" more than ANYTHING, even remembering to bring photos of them to the wedding to make sure they were represented among the family and friends attending.  They are both such impressive people--caring, compassionate and selfless. Their wedding was a perfect reflection of who they are--simply in love and focused on enjoying each other and their families. Enjoy this little glimpse into their epic wedding day!
