Wedding Date on Apr 21, 2018

In June of 2012, Alex was deciding on her career and met a guy at a church picnic who introduced her to a hiring manager at Microsoft. After an initial meeting she went back to try to get some advice before her big interview. The guy whom she had met at the picnic was unavailable to mentor her, but quickly introduced her to Michael. They had a few brief lunches and ultimately Alex did not get the job, but she and Michael ended up keeping in touch for a few months thereafter. Fast forward to the end 2014, Michael officially asked Alex on a "first date" to a cardinals game. In February of 2017, Michael & Alex had just enjoyed a great skiing weekend with Alex's Dad in Vail and after an intimate Valentine's Day dinner, Michael asked her to be his wife.
