Wedding Date on Sep 23, 2017

Brendon and I met at a nightclub in Charleston, SC. I was out with a group of couples and was the third will solo. Brendon approached me , introduced himself, offered to buy me a drink and we have been connected ever since. The proposal took place in Tampa, FL on New Years Day 2016. Brendon won an all inclusive package to the Outback Bowl game. After attending the game, we went back to the hotel and took a nap. We woke up and decided to go to dinner. Brendon kept insisting that I curl my hair ..I had no idea what was about to go down. So we went out to have dinner at a fancy steakhouse, throughout dinner, Brendon kept going to the bathroom. We drank quite a bit earlier at the bowl game, so I guess his frequent trips to the bathroom was to be expected. However, after his final trip to the bathroom, the waitress was walking behind him with champagne. I thought to myself "yay! Free samples" But before I knew it, he was down on one knee popping the question. I immediately told him to get up, as he is always playing around, but when he pulled out that rock, everything in the room stopped and I felt like the luckiest person on Earth. At that moment I knew that the stars were aligned and I had not a doubt in my mind that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.
