Wedding Date on Aug 1, 2020

Ty and Cassie crossed paths while a group of mutual friends got together to watch NFL football. There was an initial interest sparked between the two. Cassie was coming back from a trip when her roommate texted her to tell her Ty wanted Cassie to come meet up with the group again. She responded with "as long as he buys me a beer." When she got there, he slid her a Bud Light and said "I heard you were wanting this." That's where their journey began. Cassie was nearing the end of dental hygiene school and Ty was a working "adult" and even with their busy schedules, they found a way to create a fun loving relationship. The beginning of their relationship was full of concerts, rodeos, outdoor activities and learning about who each other were. Ty grew up in Fruitland, ID and was coaching the high school basketball team. Cassie quickly learned his love for sports, including basketball, golf, rodeo, and football. Cassie is a Montanan that moved to Idaho to pursue her dental hygiene career. Ty learned her passion for making people laugh, spending time with family and of course her love for Montana. Five months into their new relationship, Cassie brought Ty home to meet the family. Ty quickly won everyone over and even survived Sandy throwing him a birthday party. After the family met Ty, they were excited about this Montana girl, dating this Idaho boy. Since the beginning, Ty and Cassie have grown together through life's events. Cassie's love of dogs rubbed off on Ty and they brought home their first fur baby, Bogey in April 2018. With a growing family, they needed more space and bought their first home in Boise in July 2018. Ty and Cassie love spending time outdoors with Bogey, hunting, hiking, or going on bike rides. Ty of course thought Bogey needed to be a part of the engagement. That's how Ty got the idea to go scouting as a family when really he was ready to get down on one knee. There was laughs, tears, and pure joy from the couple and their families. They anxiously await becoming husband and wife and can't wait for what the future holds for them.
