Wedding Date on Dec 27, 2019

Charlotte & Nick's Journey began with a swipe right on tinder. Nick was going to Tulane at the time while Charlotte was a student at Loyola. Coincidentally enough, Nick and Charlotte's fathers both went to High school together! Charlotte & Nick quickly hit it off though they did not tell their parents how they had met until several years into their relationship. About 3 months into their relationship Nick recalls blurting out while in conversation with his dad that he was going to marry Charlotte. One of our favorite moments captured was when Charlotte's Father Mark went up to give a toast a the rehearsal dinner. He recalled back to a time when Charlotte was struggling and he suggested to Nick that if he wanted out of the relationship that now would be a good time to end it. He remembers Nick looking him in the eye and telling him "I love your daughter with all of my heart and soul and will be with her for the rest of my life." Her dad began to get a little emotional as he described the joy he had to be there and celebrate their marriage knowing that "this is the right thing". Their wedding day was a lot of fun as Charlotte and her bridesmaids had a great time singing and dancing to some of their favorite songs before getting into their beautiful gowns! Charlotte then had a first look with her Dad where she tried hard not to cry as her Dad saw her in her stunning Rita Vinieris gown for the first time! Nick meanwhile was hanging out and having a good time with all of his groomsmen at an air B&B on Bourbon street in the French Quarter. They had their ceremony at Holy Name of Jesus catholic church which is the church Charlotte attended during her college years at Loyola. After a beautiful ceremony everyone went downtown to the Orpheum Theater to celebrate at their reception where they had the time of their lives dancing the night away. They ended the night with a bang as they had planned a balloon drop where hundreds of giant balloons fell from the ceiling onto the dance floor for the guest to have fun with. It truly was a magical wedding celebration for Charlotte & Nick and we are so thankful that we could take part in capturing these beautiful memories.
