Wedding Date on Apr 20, 2019

Mark and I have a very imperfect love story. We spent a year apart before he proposed as he was serving in the military overseas. There was so much anticipation around the engagement. When we finally reunited in Paris, France, I was disappointed every dinner and outing that he didn’t propose. Mark ended up proposing just as we were heading our separate ways at Charles de Gaulle airport. One month following the engagement, he was in a horrific accident. As soon as he could walk again, we quickly planned our wedding in 3 months. As it’s said in When Harry Met Sally, “When you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible."
