Wedding Date on Nov 11, 2019

The year was 2016, her graduation year, Priyanka, who was born and brought up in Canada started feeling a strong pull to India. Despite this, to appease her parents, she went to Winnipeg for a job interview with Dr. Jitender Sareen (Head of Psychiatry and Groom's brother in law). In the interview, she felt immediately at ease with Jit and confessed her real dream was to move to India. He was surprisingly understanding and said his brother in law, ishQ, had moved there many years ago to work in the Bollywood Scene and would be able to help her with this transition. 9 months later, Priyanka was on a one way flight to Mumbai and had ishQ's number saved. Unbeknownst to Pri, Jit had called ishQ and told him he wanted Priyanka to come back to work in Winnipeg and gave him strict instructions to scare Priyanka and send her back to Canada. ishQ agreed and the best way he knew how to scare her was to date her! And so these 2 Winnipeggers who grew up 15 houses away from each other, met and fell in love in true Bollywood fashion half way across the world in Mumbai, India. As is only fitting, these 2 jet setters are excited to fly (with all their family and friends) across the world again and start their happily ever after in Montego Bay, Jamaica. We both live and work in Mumbai, India. ishQ spends his time in the music studio cooking up new tracks and music videos while Pri provides mental health care to vulnerable girls in India through her NGO, EmancipAction.
