Wedding Date on Aug 20, 2020

Ben caught Janelle's eyes through a mutual friends party then the rest was history! Their love for traveling and music is what sparked their relationship. After 3 consecutive trips to Coachella every year, Ben planned the perfect proposal at the concert in 2019. Then, the pandemic hit in 2020 and was already set on getting married in August, but they both knew that's not an obstacle they can't overcome. They went through numerous hurdles of ceremony locations being postponed and uncertainties of having a reception venue at all but everything worked out in the end! In the words Ben, "Although this year [2020] has been cancelled, our love for each other proved that nothing can get in our way. As a result, we pushed through to getting married despite all curveballs that were thrown at us."
