Wedding Date on Oct 5, 2019

Jenny and Tyler just go together, it's a simple as that. However, that wasn't always the case... After dating for just a couple of months, Jenny told Tyler that she wasn't ready for a relationship and called things off. While logically this made sense in her head, she found her heart longing to run into him while out on errands, or secretly hoping that he would text her. It wasn't until over a year later that they did end up re-connecting,, and this go around - the timing was just right. Eleven months into their relationship, Tyler managed to surprise the love of his life with a proposal on their very first trip the the Finger Lakes. He surprised her again on their wedding day with a wooden map of the US adorned with photos of them in the states the have visited together, and they will no doubt set out on life together filling in the rest of that map (such an epic gift!) At the bottom of the sign is a renowned Walt Disney quote that read, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney just so happens to be one of Jenny's all time favorites. Jenny always dreamed of a fall wedding (sans traditional fall decor) and her vision came to life exquisitely with elegant golds and wine colored decor. Their day was simple and timeless, full of details incorporated to reflect Tyler and Jenny both individually and as a couple. Given Jenny's love for Disney, they of course had to incorporate it somehow, and found such a subtle and clever way to do so: Their wedding cake! You will have to watch and see if you can spot the hidden Mickey on the cake! Another stand out of the day was their intentionality with creating intimate moments for just the two of them. This time together was so special and really helped to slow down a day that flies by at lightning speed. They exchanged thoughtful gifts and tear jerker notes in the morning, a private first moment together holding hands and praying together without seeing one another just before the ceremony, and a private first dance in their empty reception space before their beloved guests joined the celebration. Tyler and Jenny share an undeniable chemistry and an unwavering commitment to each other, their families, and their faith. They are both kind, brave, fun, and truly make the world a better place, amply so being together.
