Julia and Keegan, who have been together for over 8 years since middle school, celebrated their wedding day in October at The Sixpence in Whitestown, IN. Their love story is unique, dating back to their sixth-grade days. During the wedding, Julia's grandmother, who was their 6th grade reading and English teacher, shared a heartwarming speech, mentioning that she knew of Keegan's interest in Julia before Julia was aware of it. In eighth grade, Keegan and Julia went to a baseball game together with Keegan's family, and during his grandmother's speech, she recalled a touching moment when Keegan smoothly put his arm around Julia, marking a significant milestone in their young romance. As Julia and Keegan continued to grow throughout high school and college, their love story blossomed. Their rare and inspiring story is a testament to the power of true love. Included in their wedding day were many special touches with sentimental value: Julia’s “something blue” was a ribbon tied under her dress that came from her homecoming dress with Keegan, she wore the same pearls that her mother wore on her parents’ wedding day, and they even had a first look with their adorable puppy, Luna. It was truly an honor to witness, document, and create a film of this amazing day.
