Honestly, what DIDN’T go down at Linor + Golan’s destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Despite being a destination wedding, almost 200 of their closest friends and family traveled from Los Angeles and beyond to party in Mexico with the newly weds. And… they definitely partied! Everyone (including us) stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana Resort which was all-inclusive and had amazingggg views. The wedding took place at the Cabo Del Sol Golf Resort which somehow had even better views. Not only did Linor and Golan both have equally stunning get-ready suites with huge windows and even bigger bathrooms (a lot of the times, the dudes get skimped) but they had the whole place to themselves! Such an important detail when it comes to keeping stress levels down on wedding day. Since we had the whole property to ourselves (and a golf cart that took us around to whatever photo spots we wanted), Linor had set up a first look spot in the middle of the cactus fields. It was stunning – and more importantly, private! The two of them signed the Ketubah surrounded by family in the private terrace area of the golf club before heading down to the beach to say I do in front of all 200 guests! Linor described her planning/design as very ‘simple’, but honestly her taste is so amazing that you’d never think to use the word “simple” to describe it. The backdrop of Cabo’s most gorgeous beach was enough but the persian rugs and other bohemian touches made it beyond. Cocktail hour was in the field right next to the Chuppah/ceremony site – and not only was the sunset TO DIE FOR, the cocktails were amazing and the music made everyone want to dance! So so much fun! See if you can spot us taking tequila shots in the footage hahaha. The dancing only continued at the reception! Seriously. There was an entire buffet of amazing Mediterranean food but hardly anyone ate until they announced the stations were closing! Lol, the most fun group of people ever. We could relive this night again and again. We wound up going to Downtown Cabo the following night with the bride and groom + some of the bridal party and had so much fun. This weekend is one we will remember forever and proves that being destination wedding videographers is the best career we could ask for. So… who’s getting married in Cabo next?!
