Nick & Sarah's wedding day was perfection. Nick’s parents’ backyard in Brentwood Bay, British Columbia was transformed into the most amazing wedding venue. Nick and his father hand built a lot of the wooden features you see in the film, including the arch Nick & Sarah said their “I do’s” under, the benches their loved ones sat on for the ceremony, and the bar that all of their guests thoroughly enjoyed throughout the night. Nick & Sarah are high school sweethearts, so Sarah (and all of their friends and family) waited a very long time for this day to come, but she says it was “well worth the wait.” As Nick’s sister says in her speech, these two are very lucky to have found people so perfect for each other. To this day, Nick & Sarah’s first dance as husband and wife is the most touching first dance we’ve captured. It was like for these few minutes everyone else disappeared and it was just them embracing as emotion overwhelmed them both. The day was finally here, they were about to start their forever together.
