In the rolling hills of Tuscany, Sara and Michael’s wedding was not just a celebration of their love but the two extended families coming together. Both Sara and Michael are natural performers with an energy that is so contagious, so after a full week-long gathering of their family and friends, everyone was ready to let loose on this amazing wedding day that they’d been looking forward to for so long. It was like that relaxed but excited energy of a pajama party, where everyone was at their most natural after spending so much time together, and we think it’s part of what helped everyone enjoy this wedding to the absolute max. There was that feeling that new friends were made, old friendships were even closer, and these two families were joined in a very real sense. When they asked us to come to Italy for their wedding, we were so excited too, they wanted us to feel like guests of the week, staying in the villa with their family, and really by the end of the week we felt like part of the big extended family. For Clarissa in particular, it was so sweet to make this video with a song that was such a part of her childhood, singing this classic song so often growing up.
