Taylor and Jesson met in the summer of 2019, when they both started as new teachers at the same school district. After discovering that they lived close to each other, which was a 45 minute commute to their school, they started to carpool together. Over the course of these carpools, the two of them started a solid friendship, which led to love, and now, 3 years later, their wedding.
The bride and groom chose Pomona at Blue Barn in Hilton, on the west side of Rochester as their wedding destination. They both got to get ready there in separate suites and were able to hold their mid-November wedding outside under the awning, even though it was pouring. Thankfully it was actually warm that day (for November anyway!) and the pouring rain just added to the whole vibe of the day.
There were so many emotional parts to this wedding day, I was crying pretty much the whole time. Between Taylor's first look with Dad, Jesson's reaction to seeing his bride come down the aisle, the personal and meaningful vows, the nods to Jesson's late father, and the amazing toasts, I don't think there was a dry eye at Pomona. But that doesn't mean we all didn't have an absolute blast! Taylor and Jesson sure know how to throw a party and the dance floor was filling up before dinner music had even ended. And the floor was packed all night!
This was the most very special wedding video I've ever created. Taylor is my sister and Jesson, my new brother. I was so honored to be part of this day in multiple different ways and this is definitely my favorite video I've ever put together.
