Wedding Date on May 15, 2017

We met working in an office in 2008, dated, spilt up (DRAMA), lost contact then saw each other in the local shopping centre in 2012, went for a coffee and we've got on so well for the past 5 years that I just know this is perfect for us. No cold feet for us. Chris left me at work all day (we now work together, he's a wedding photographer, I design wedding albums) so he could buy a ring in secret but didn't think he'd be able to hide the ring or keep the secret so he took me out for tea that night. We made ugly faces with our teeth in the mirror in the restaurant before heading on a romantic walk down the waterfront (Castlefield in manchester, where we're having our reception on 20th may) and he chickened out all the way round till the end when we were in an alley. he didn't get down on one knee cause he needed a wee, and because it didn't feel very "us" and he also didn't say "will you marry me," he said "what do you reckon?" haha!
