Where do I even start with this love Storey? (See what I did there? 😜) I’d been sitting on this song for a while but knew it would take a very special couple to pull it off. Enter Annabelle and Philip: my world traveling, Coachella attending, EDM house party throwing, effortlessly cool couple. If there was ever a couple who’s mantra was all about living life to the fullest and having fun, I think it’s them. Congrats to the Storeys! From the bride: "After having both lived in Los Angeles for three years without ever meeting, Annabelle and Philip moved to Austin within a week of one another living just a few blocks apart. They met on a dating app shortly after. On their first date, Philip ordered a spicy margarita; Annabelle ordered a spicier margarita (“muddled habaneros, please”). Philip walked Annabelle back to her apartment and Annabelle asked with a smile, “So, do I get a kiss goodnight?” He said yes. Philip skipped the Super Bowl for a second date with Annabelle and deleted the dating apps because he knew he had found someone special. Six weeks later, in the parking lot of a Costco after buying toilet paper and dry goods as the world began to shut down for the pandemic, Philip awkwardly asked if he could call Annabelle his girlfriend. She said yes. A year later, after adventures to Colorado, Mexico, Arizona, and West Texas to name a few, Annabelle moved in with Philip, Georgie, and Commando and they created a home together. Soon after, on a beautiful beach in San Sebastian, Spain, Philip surprised Annabelle with a proposal. They both said YES! We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate our wedding with you. Our day will be fun, filled with love, and a reflection of our partnership. We chose to have our wedding just outside Austin as we plan to build our life in this community. The Peached Tortilla, where we had our first date, will cater food at our wedding–yes, there will be a “Spicier Margarita.” Our golden retrievers will bear our wedding rings. And most importantly, we will be surrounded by our family and friends. We love you, appreciate your support, and can’t wait to celebrate!"
