Zach and Brittany met in Geometry class during their Sophomore year of high school. Although they had never met, they both seemed to notice and admire each other from afar. They talked and flirted a little, but never setup a date. "I always dreamed that a two students would meet in my class, fall in love, and get married," this was something their Geometry teacher Mrs. Hennen told her students each year. Little did she know, she would finally get her wish! The school dance was slowly approaching, and they both made separate plans to attend. It wasn't until the last song of the night "Hey Jude," that Zach finally mustered up the courage to ask Brittany to dance. From then on, they started seeing more of each other and began their official relationship. They went to prom together, graduated highschool together, and even attended college together at Wisconsin Lutheran in Milwaukee. As college graduation crept closer, Zach made plans for the perfect proposal. Brittany had always admired little dachshund dogs, so Zach began his hunt for the perfect pup! He found a breeder in Kentucky and secretly planned the road trip south to pickup the dog. At the same time, Zach also had been looking at rings, and created a custom ring fit for a princess. Once Zach had the ring and Daisy, the dachshund, he setup a plan with Brittany's sister to lure her to their high school where their love story began. Of course, Brittany said yes!
