From the bride: Jaspal and I met at work. We both work for CVS pharmacy. I was newly promoted to store manager and he got transferred to my store the same week as my assistant manager. I was instantly attracted! (but had to keep it relatively professional for a while) we spent a lot of time together at work and got to know each other pretty well. Eventually we started going out after work for drinks and becoming a little closer but knew we had to keep it quiet if we started dating. We finally made it official and soon after he was promoted to store manager as well and transferred out of my store. As for the proposal it was super sweet and romantic but I actually ruined it. We went on a trip to Cancun, Mexico and I had no idea he was going to propose. One of the nights I was getting ready in the hotel bathroom and I was trying to talk to him from the bathroom but didn't realize he had gone out on the balcony. I stuck my head out of the bathroom to see why he was ignoring me and he was sitting with his back to the sliding glass door face-timing his best friend. The first thing I heard when I stuck my head out was his best friend ask "so whens the big day?" Jay responded "on Tuesday" and I knew it couldn't be anything else. I texted Courtney immediately and said I know I might sound like a psycho if I'm wrong but this is what I overheard I think he's going to propose. We both started freaking out and she told me when Daniel was going to propose to her he hid the ring in his shoe. (please don't think I'm crazy) BUT I looked in the shoe when he left the room and found the ring then had to pretend I had no idea for the next few days and during the proposal on the beach in Mexico. He knows now that I ruined it but I let him think he surprised me for the first few months hahahaha.
