Wedding Date on Apr 6, 2019

Where do we even begin? Last April, we were celebrating on top of a snowy mountainside with Stephanie, Stan, + about 100 of their friends + family who traveled in from all over to celebrate with them in the charming ski town of Telluride, Colorado. A few days on the slopes + exploring the town lead to the festivities kicking off on Friday night as they hosted a dinner + welcome party. As we listened to hilarious, heartfelt speeches from their friends + family, we got the truest sense of what their wedding day would be like — full of beauty, laughter, adventure, energy, + tangible love. The next day, we hopped on the gondola, which took us up the mountain to their venue. We took in a few, quiet moments together...preparing ourselves for another incredible day as we looked out our windows at the snow capped mountains towering over the little town below. It was one of the most unreal scenes we’ve ever seen + it was the sweetest introduction to their magical wedding day. From hiking in the snow to their ceremony spot at San Sophia Overlook, to Steph’s INCREDIBLE bridal gown + cape, to Stan’s tearful reaction as she walked down the aisle, to the perfectly designed + decorated venue space — looking at you Soiree Telluride + New Leaf Design — to getting to capture their day all alongside the dynamic duo, James + Schulze. It was all a DREAM.
